Search with tablet not working??

Not sure if anybody else has this problem, but I have both an Android tablet and Samsung phone, and when I try to do a "search" on our site, the little search box comes up ok, but when I tap inside the text box the keyboard appears at bottom of my screen, but it goes to a Google search?? It doesn't search within our site.
Does this happen to other members, with say iPads or iPhones??
Naturally, my PC and laptops are no problem.

Yes, once the keyboard appears when I start typing, text comes up in the "search URL" at the top of the page. Must be a setting it have on my tablet, or it's an Android thing??

Similar problem on my Nexus 7 (first gen) - except my keyboard comes up and then disappears again.

I'm using SwiftKey - I wonder if that's an issue?

I'm using Swift key as well.... hmmm? We'll be able to compare notes tomorrow you 2 guys, if we get time. lol.

PS: Tried default keyboard on both my Samsung GS2 and tablet and still get the same problem?
