I am a bit anal about preventing rust and under body washing after a run on the beach.
I thought others might be interested in my research...
For several years I have been using a Massojet 'Undebody Buddy' (http://www.massojet.com.au/shop/under-body-buddy-600mm/) but found it had a too fine stream meaning that some areas got missed. Also, being such a powerful stream it seemed to just splash the sand onto other surfaces.
I then tried my Katcher pressure washer. It was better but hard to use without an angled nozzle.
I decided a high volume low pressure washer would be better and found these at Bunnings http://www.bunnings.com.au/hose-end-...4315h_p3120582 (I actually got exactly the same one but with a longer arm which was $16 I think).
The Bunnings spray wand (on the 'shower' setting) is by far the best underbody washer I have used. Quickly and easily washed off all the underbody sand from the forum trip last weekend and ever dislodged some mud I'd obviously missed from a previous trip.
For under $20, I give it a 10/10.
