curly cord????????

I'm trying to source some of that curly cord to wire up a light fitted to an extendable pole. Cord needs to be 2-core, capable of handling 10 amps, OD of no more than 20mm (cable is going to located inside a square steel tube with inside dimensions of 20mm). Tails would be nice but are not necessary. Will need to compress to 210mm and extend to approx 750mm.

I have tried the curly cable that came with a hand held, cigarette lighter powered spottie from Supercheap but there was too big of a voltage drop.

Any ideas where I can get some at a reasonable price?

Make your own

required gauge 2 core, slide appropriate sized heat shrink over it, wrap it tight and bunched up round a piece of tube or rod, then heat the heat shrink up and it's then set in position, slide it off and voila....
