mk jumping out of low range

anyone had this problem. mine jumps out going down steep sections
occasionally. gives you a bit of a start when it does it. if anyone has had similar
problem what was it and how can it be fixed please.

I have heard of a few do this, only resolution I have seen so far is to replace the transfer case :/

oh bugger. not up for that just yet. only occasional atm will have to get worse first i think. thanks
