  • changing a tyre

Does anyone have a guide to removing and changing tyres? I have just bought a set of tyre pliers (second hand no instruction book) and had a go on the weekend removing a tyre. No real problems getting it off but had a hell of a time getting it back on and now I cant get the bead to seat to inflate!
I have visited the tyre pliers site but the video is grainy and I'm not sure which ends of the tyre levers are supposed to do which task.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated

I carry a set of tyre pliers but find they're usually too much like hard work. This is my preferred method...

Just use the Mitsi jack under the towbar, no need to fabricate the adapter.
