    Overall I'm fairly chuffed with the Paj but I'm having one issue I hope someone can help with. When i start the Paj up it will occasionally run rough and then almost immediately stall unless i give it a bit of right foot to get the revs up and then it settles in with a smooth idle. The thing is it only does it when I start it up within 15 minutes of having just been running on the highway or around town for more than about 30 minutes. If I let it sit for 30 minutes its fine. If I'm just driving for 10-15 minutes and shut it down and immediately start it back up it's fine. It only seems to happen when the engine is running at a higher operating temp. I live in darwin and run the ac quite a bit so she probably runs a bit warmer than most.

    I've replaced the isc a while back and cleaned the maf with proper maf cleaner. Air filter is fairly new and clean. Maybe temp sensor? It also seems like my fuel pump may be on the way out as it cranks over a good bit before firing up. Time to replace fuel pump?

    Sounds like the Injectors need cleaning, my NM 3.5 Petrol was like this when I bought it, the car yard sent me down to get them cleaned by a specialist, took about 2 hrs, ran like a Clock after.

      Yeah, injectors were cleaned earlier this year. In fact the whole top and front end were rebuilt so that shouldn't be an issue. Did yours only run rough on starting up a hot engine?

        Does anybody think changing the engine temp sensor would solve this issue or am I throwing money away? I don't know if it's ever been changed so part of me thinks I might as well as it cant hurt (except my wallet). Like I said earlier it only happens when its at the upper end of the operating temp and I try to start it back up. Problem is easily resolved with a bit of right foot but I'd like to get it sorted. No problems idling at at stops only start up is an issue. Any chance it could be tied to a fuel pump issue? Cheers!

          Before spending your money, see if there's any stored fault codes. Engine temp sender will throw a code if it's faulty. (21)

            Thanks, will have a look! I've only seen the check engine light come on once in the past six months and it was only on for about 10 seconds while driving, then shut off. I've had the battery leads off many times since then, does it still store them in the ecu?

              It will clear the code. However a mate of mine had the code present without the CEL ever coming on so you never know. Either way you are still having the problem and if you don't have the code it's probably safe to assume its not that sensor
