I have heard of a ratio adjuster fitted to some models of pajero in the mid 90's. Does anyone know where abouts or how to adjust them or if they aren't something you can adjust are they just a unit that auto adjusts? My pajero is reading on average 10%above actual speed and I have taken the tyres back to standard size.

Soumds like the speedo cog gear was changed to suit bigger tyres.
This 'adjuster' you speak of is just different cog sizes for the speedo adaptor on the transfer case. Comes in different amount of teeth.
Not quite sure which one you want but there was a thread a while back on speedo gears etc.97' NK 3ltr GLX LWB Manual | 3" lift | Wildcat headers | K&N air filter | 2.8 crawl gears | 4Terrain clutch | 2.25" exhaust | Factory locker rear | TJM 10,000lb winch | TJM snorkel
