  • Auto Tranny bang, I think.

    Started to get a clunk/bang when changing from P to D to R, also when driving along the freeway when accelerating and decelerating at higher speeds. Like it's not crunching just a heavy clunk i guess.

    Could even be the diff?

    Any ideas?

      Stuffed diff bushes?

        check the diff universal joints for excessive free play, mainly the rear diff drive shaft.
