  • Strange click sound

I have a strange click sound coming from the steering of my NL,

It's only there when I fully lock the steering either way. I have freewheeling hubs so the CV's don't turn when driving. If I back of the full lock in the steering just a tad it goes away...any ideas, the tyres don't rub anywhere under the car so something in the steering?? ay ideas

    Thanks

Maybe the pressure relief valve for the power steering?

      Grease your steering stops!
If you get someone to turn the wheel to full lock to the left while you stick you head under the right front wheel you should notice a bolt contactacting the the pitman arm (the initial relay arm from the steering box). There are also two nubs that protrude from the balljoint body that contact the stub axle on full lock either side, apply some grease to these regularly to eliminate this concern!
      Hope this helps
