Bluetooth volume gone

Anyone had a issue with their Bluetooth 2011 Pajero muting sound when using- the Bluetooth actually works but no volume at all also shows a speaker with a line through it. Was working fine for years. Have been into the hidden menu and also done a full reset

Does the radio still work through that speaker?

I assume you have tried the volume buttons on the steering wheel whilst using the phone?

I believe the radio works through that speaker as haven’t noticed any different any difference at all
