  • Anyone fitted diff breathers?

Hi all, considering fitting some diff breathers before our upcoming Tassie trip. Anyone actually done this yet? Anyone know the size of fitting required? Where's the best place to run the extended breathers to?

    Any advice much appreciated.

    Cheers, Sam.

Yep. I used some fuel line (same size as the breathers - can't remember what ID/OD?) that I had and went to autopro and picked up a handfull of different connectors and barbs to suit plus a couple of small fuel filters which are probably overkil but the price was right so I threw them in the mix. I used a touch over 5m of line all up (swb) and ran them up to the top of the firewall.

Thanks for that Eastie. Are the existing breathers easy to access (particularly at the diff end)? What type of fitting do they use at the diff? Or did you just join on to the existing line with a hose connector?
