They should only be 2 pins, so you've got a 50:50 chance of getting the polarity right first time. Of course, if they're a quality light, it won't matter if you hook them up incorrectly - they'll have reverse polarity protection....

A bloke I used to work with was employed as a field service engineer. He was out on a routine service run somewhere in southern NSW when a call came in to attend a breakdown - somewhere above the snow line. Unplanned, so at an appropriate point, he...

Best guess, your Ctek has decided both your batteries are fully charged, and has stopped charging them.
I don't really know how the Ctek works, or how you're using it, but I'll take a guess at a sequence of events.
When you...

FWIW:
My 3D printer extrudes ABS at 274 degrees Celsius, onto a bed that will heat to 100 degrees. The finished product remains rigid and strong in boiling water (don't ask...)
If the outlet was getting hot enough to affect ABS or...

Define EGR delete - has it been programmed out of the ECU, or do you have a resistor mod?
If you have a resistor mod, what value resistor is installed? All the resistor will do is fool the ECU into thinking the the intake air is much cooler...

Stop - start technology is all about reducing emissions during the test in the laboratory.
Official fuel economy figures, which we all know are optimistic, are derived from the laboratory emissions test.
With my Golf GTD, on...

I recall that, many years ago, there was a bit of an up-roar on another 4wd forum. Orders were long overdue, they wouldn't answer their phone / respond to emails, but their Facebook page was receiving regular updates of parties in their factory....

Yes.
Once upon a time, Toyota were really on top of their game, and made a significant number of class-leading vehicles that were streets ahead of their competition.
That time is long gone, but too many purchasers have grown...

He's not telling untruths - he's confusing the issue by introducing irrelevant information.
He's talking about ICVs, or Individually Constructed Vehicles.

Probably not relevant, but which breathers? Diff only, or did they mess with transmission & transfer case?
Probably nothing, but there is a breather off the rear of the transfer case actuator. I wonder if this breather is no longer venting...

My opinion, rear only for descents.
When climbing, the front is generally lightly loaded, it's pulling the vehicle in the direction you want to go, and it's easy for one front wheel to fractionally spin and allow steering.

Of course revolutions per km change with tyre pressure - this is how some factory TPMS systems, like the one in my Mk 6 Golf, operate. They use the ABS sensors to detect the change in rotational speed (compared to other tyres) as the pressure drops....

Sorry, but you need new tyres.
Tyres only wear evenly across the face if pressures are always correct for the load, and the vehicle never has any alignment problems.

And probably completely irrelevant, but does the high beam indicator on the dash light up?...

Yes, it is. But I'm guessing he's concerned if it's a genuine 7 year warranty, or analogous to the Mitsubishi non-statutory 10 year power train warranty that was only good for the original purchaser. I believe the Kia warranty is genuine....

So, the plastic printed inserts survived the high country, and have hung in there ever since. But I could never really get used to the look, and (as I discovered today) the rear insert was in the midst of an escape attempt.
But I've been...
