Your suspension has sagged 15mm to 20mm on each corner, factory unladen ride heights are listed as 503/5mm front and 533/5mm rear.
KYB Excel G are a standard shocker replacement for the factory units and are fine for on road light duty....

I am surprised that the droop ride height is only 680/685mm, as this is only 120mm of rear suspension travel, was this measured with both rear wheels off the ground at the same time? Having both wheels off the ground negates any cross axle twisting effect...

Just because the booster has been replaced it still could be the hoses and or the check valve, so I would do the 3 tests as per the Service Manual.
