All pads work but Bendix HD are even harder on disks than OEM (and so higher maintenance costs, pads are cheaper than disks).
4WD work fine unless reular heavy towing and then HD have an advantage.

It doesnt. Lots of evidence chemical cleans (even professional ones where there is much more volume than a can) dont work on forums reported by mechanics with before and after experience (eg Mr Pajero, aka Rudi Zabeo on another forum you're on).

What coils are fitted?
I have Kings HD front and rear with Dobonsons IMS shocks.
Front is 535 EBH with an auxiliary battery, nudge and light bar and Boos steel bash plates. I'm contemplating fitting a winch so will have to upgrade...

I do all my own servicing (apart from valve clearances and auto - lifes too short) but mates in trade have told me Pajero rear is noted for quicker wear. I estimate my rear pads would have lasted another 10,000km or so (just done 180,000km service),...

My MY15 Pajero Exceed has just had rear pads done after 40,000km with maybe 20% left (6mm of 8 available used). Front pads are also 40,000km old but have 50% left (4mm of 8 available used).
Im about to head of on a big trip and so replaced...

That is not normal movement. With that play the rack will move up and down with side forces as steering load applied to it through tierod (not just inline with rack through steering movement (which is why it wears) so linear play is not the critical...

If across whole steering range very unlikely pinion backlash play....

As a general comment on pinion steering racks, excessive pinion backlash play is possible (usually means something worn in dead ahead position and tightening it means off centre action stiff, and a portend of steering rack rebuild) , or pinch bolts on...

Same feedback ive had from respected tuners in Melbourne.
On MY17+ with DPF, the DPF is the main restriction so 3" post DPF absolutely pointless (according to same tuners).
Same tuners say 3" is 3". So Torquit...

I grew up on Cibie, Hella and Marchall driving lights and headlight replacements in our race (rally) and modified road cars, usually with high power (for the times) halogen globes fitted and so initially went with Fyrlyt 5000 high power halogen driving...

Update, the Truck parts company I ordered from has no 4000K stock left and after abit of googling and ringing around turns out no 4000K units left anywhere.
So I've gone 4500K as the next colour temp available from anyone else is 5000K....

My previous lights were Fyrlyt 5000. Great CRI and temperature (3400) light but I need more spread and less distance than they can provide.
I too have also been watching for a discount on these or Lazer (latter had a great runout deal on Gen 1...

The "connect it" system is easy to use but not durable if you do a lot of off road and remote touring.
They end up going loose if structure is not also additianlly braced to elliminate joint movement....
